A classic tile-based fantasy RPG set in the Kingdom of Hanul. Rise from village squire to Blade General, Shadow Blade, Grand Sage or Bodhi Master, recruit a swordswoman, a strongman and a baby haetae, and chase the Nine-Tailed Fox Queen across 29 maps—then choose to seal or redeem her and climb the endless Tower of Winds.
How to play
Walk the grid and bump into monsters (or press Space) to fight. Hunting grounds respawn, so you can grow to level 99 and spend stat and skill points. Talk to villagers marked with ! for quests, and advance your job at levels 5 and 30. Loot gear in five rarities and enhance it at the forge up to +15: it is safe up to +5, failures above that can drop a level, and from +13 an item can shatter unless a Guardian Scroll protects it. Daily bounties, 56 achievements, 42 titles, three companions, the endless Tower of Winds and rebirth at level 99 keep the adventure going.
Controls
Arrow keys or WASD move, Space attacks, 1–8 use skills, E talks, Z picks up, Q/R drink potions. I, K, J, C, T, P, H and M open the bag, skills, quests, stats, titles, party, achievements and map; Esc opens the menu. Click a tile to walk or a monster to attack. On touch, use the d-pad, ATK, E, Z and the skill buttons.
Tips and strategy
- Use a Blessing Charm on risky forge attempts for an extra 10% chance, and remember each failure on an item adds 3% to its odds, up to 30%.
- Dying costs 8% of the experience needed for your level and sends you back to town, so drink potions with Q or R before HP gets low.
- Hunting grounds respawn, so farm a map you can handle comfortably to reach your job advancements at levels 5 and 30.
- Rebirth at level 99 resets you to level 1 but adds 5% to every stat, 20% more experience and 10 bonus stat points per rebirth.
- Keep a Guardian Scroll for forge attempts from +13 up, where a failure can shatter the item.
