A match-3 candy puzzle. Swap neighbouring candies to line up three or more on an 8×8 board, and let the cascades roll in. Match four for a striped candy that clears a row or column, make an L or T for a wrapped candy that blasts twice, and line up five for a color bomb. Swap two specials together for even bigger combos. Thirty levels ask you to hit a target score, clear the jelly, or collect a set number of candies before your moves run out. Earn up to three stars on each.
How to play
Swap two neighbouring candies to line up 3 or more of the same color. A swap that makes no match is undone. Match 4 in a line for a striped candy, an L or T shape for a wrapped candy, and 5 in a line for a color bomb. Swapping two special candies sets off a combo. Finish the level goal (score, jelly, or candies to collect) before you run out of moves, and any moves you have left turn into bonus points. A hint appears if you wait 5 seconds.
Controls
Drag or swipe a candy onto its neighbour, or tap two neighbours one after the other. Keyboard: arrow keys move the cursor, Enter or Space picks a candy, then an arrow key swaps it. Press H for a hint.
Tips and strategy
- Swap a color bomb with a striped or wrapped candy to turn every candy of that color into the same special and set them all off.
- Swap two color bombs together to clear the entire board in one move.
- Chain reactions pay: each cascade's points are multiplied by its place in the chain, so the third cascade scores triple.
- On jelly and collect levels, finishing early pays: each leftover move adds 250 bonus points and turns into a firing striped candy.
- Double jelly tiles need to be cleared twice, so aim striped and wrapped blasts at them.
Sweet Swap FAQ
What happens if there are no moves left in Sweet Swap?
The board reshuffles automatically so there is always at least one valid swap. You only lose a level by running out of moves before the goal is met.
How are stars earned in Sweet Swap?
Completing the level goal earns 1 star, and reaching each level's higher score thresholds earns 2 or 3 stars.
What happens when I swap two special candies?
Two striped candies clear a full row and column, two wrapped candies blast a large area, and striped plus wrapped clears three rows and three columns. A color bomb clears every candy of the color it is swapped with.
Does Sweet Swap save my progress?
Yes. Unlocked levels and your stars for each of the 30 levels are saved in this browser.
