An idle mining tycoon played in a vertical cutaway mine. Miners dig ore into each shaft's cart, the elevator carries it up to the surface, and haulers bring it to the warehouse to sell. Tap any crew to work by hand, then hire managers to run it on its own and use their timed boosts. Upgrade shafts, the elevator and the warehouse to fix bottlenecks, and unlock deeper shafts from stone to copper, silver, gold and gems. You keep earning offline for up to 4 hours, and you can prestige to a new mine with a permanent income multiplier.
How to play
Tap a tunnel so its miners dig ore, tap the elevator shaft to carry ore up, and tap the road to send haulers to the warehouse to sell it. Spend cash on managers, who automate a stage and have a 2x speed boost, and on upgrades that add workers, capacity and speed. The slowest stage limits your income. Unlock deeper shafts for richer ore, and prestige once you have earned enough to open a new mine with a permanent income multiplier.
Controls
Click or tap tunnels, the elevator and the road to work. Tap the Lv buttons to upgrade and the round manager buttons to hire or boost. Keys: 1–0 mine a shaft, M mines every shaft, E runs the elevator, T sends the haulers, Esc closes panels.
Tips and strategy
- Income is capped by the slowest of your shafts, elevator and warehouse, so upgrade whichever stage is the bottleneck.
- Hire managers for the elevator and warehouse early, because offline income only counts stages that have a manager.
- A manager boost doubles that stage's speed for 30 seconds and then needs 150 seconds to recharge.
- Shafts gain an extra miner every 10 levels, up to 8, and the warehouse gains a hauler every 15 levels, up to 5.
- Each deeper shaft yields far more ore per miner than the one above it, so unlocking the next shaft often beats more upgrades.

Does Idle Mine earn money while I am away?
Yes, for up to 4 hours. Offline income only comes from stages run by managers, so a mine without an elevator or warehouse manager earns nothing while you are gone.
How does prestige work in Idle Mine?
Once you have earned 1 billion in cash in your current mine, you can prestige to start a new mine with a permanent income multiplier that triples with each prestige. The requirement grows for each later prestige.
Does Idle Mine save my progress?
Yes. Your mine, upgrades, managers and prestige level are saved in your browser on this device.
